Who we are
AlcoLarm is an Android app published by its Belgian publisher. This notice explains what data the app processes.
What the app does
AlcoLarm is a personal safety / support tool. It is not professional medical, emergency, or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own safety and for contacting official emergency services when needed.
Data we process

What we do not do
- No ads in the app
- No sale of personal data
- No selling or renting contact lists
- We do not require an AlcoLarm account for core local use as currently designed
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data leaves your device only when you trigger a feature that contacts someone you configured (e.g. call or message including location). Network/OS providers may process technical data under their own policies.
Retention
Data stored on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. We do not operate a central AlcoLarm user database for this store listing’s described features.
Your rights (EU/EEA/UK where applicable)
If we act as controller for any personal data we receive (e.g. support email), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection, and lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA/APD):

Wat de app doet
AlcoLarm is een persoonlijke veiligheids-/ondersteuningstool. Het is geen medisch, nood- of juridisch advies. U blijft verantwoordelijk voor uw eigen veiligheid en voor het contacteren van officiële hulpdiensten wanneer nodig.

Wat we niet doen
- Geen advertenties in de app
- Geen verkoop van persoonsgegevens
- Geen verkoop of verhuur van contactlijsten
- Voor het hier beschreven lokale gebruik is geen AlcoLarm-account vereist
Delen
Wij verkopen uw gegevens niet. Gegevens verlaten uw toestel alleen als u een functie activeert die iemand contacteert die u hebt ingesteld (bijv. bellen of een bericht met locatie). Netwerk-/OS-providers kunnen technische gegevens verwerken onder hun eigen beleid.
Bewaring
Gegevens op uw toestel blijven tot u ze wist of de app verwijdert. Voor de hier beschreven functies beheren wij geen centrale AlcoLarm-gebruikersdatabase.
Uw rechten (EU/EER/VK waar van toepassing)
Indien wij verwerkingsverantwoordelijke zijn voor gegevens die wij ontvangen (bijv. supportmail), kunt u inzage, rectificatie, wissing, beperking of bezwaar vragen, en een klacht indienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit:

Kinderen
AlcoLarm richt zich niet op kinderen onder 13 (of de hogere leeftijd in uw land).
